In groups, participants have to put 10 sentences in the correct order to describe the formation of land and sea breezes from a scientific point of view.

This activity could be used as a first step before a practical experiment.

   

It allows the participants to understand the two-step formation of land and sea breezes and also helps with understanding heat transfer (see figure on the left).
  

The activity sheet contains the 10 sentences to be put in the right order, which can be printed and cut.
